Step 1: Spark the Magic!
Let’s bring your dream retreat to life—fill out my inquiry form, and let’s set the wheels in motion. Once I receive your submission, I'll reach out to schedule a quick 15-minute call to discuss ideas, gather your feedback, and share some of our most exciting recommendations. A deposit is required to create and present a proposal.

Step 2: Imagine & Curate
Once your deposit is confirmed, the planning begins. I'll take the inspiration from our conversation and design a custom proposal that captures the essence of your retreat vision. We’ll craft it with your community in mind, considering the sessions or workshops you want to host to make it truly special for them.
Next, we'll set up a call to review the proposal together. You’ll have three tailored options within your desired price range—Silver, Gold, and Luxe—which include accommodations, transportation, and activities that offer a beautiful blend of wellness, adventure, and connection.
Step 3: Sit Back and Enjoy!
Woohoo, all set? Once you give us the green light, we’ll send a contract to confirm your dates and destination. We’ll also provide a deposit page, marketing materials, and graphics to prepare you for your retreat launch.
As your community signs up, we handle all logistics and payments, finalizing bookings and supporting your clients every step of the way. This allows you to focus on your expertise and create intimate moments of connection, while we ensure a seamless experience from start to finish.

We also provide a comprehensive marketing kit to help you promote your retreat effectively and attract the right audience. Our easy-to-use booking page simplifies the reservation process for your guests, and we offer flexible payment plans to make participation affordable for everyone.

Yes, we charge a trip design fee ranging from $450 to $750, depending on the trip’s duration and complexity. This fee covers our dedicated research, resources, and time to design a personalized and intentional experience tailored to your dream retreat.
Once the trip is finalized, the trip design fee can also be divided up and applied to the total cost of your retreat package that you sell. Essentially this method repays you back for this trip design fee and confirms the experience!
