Our Process

01. Reach Out

Fill out our trip inquiry form in our bio, or email hello@theworldwithinus.org to start planning your dream trip! This should include travel dates, price range, what you’re celebrating... etc.

02. Intro Call

Jump on a 15 minute chat and discuss your desired trip, highlights, and travel style. During our discussion, I will answer any questions about our planning process. Afterwards, you will receive an email follow-up with our service menu and exciting next steps.

03. The Magic!

I will create a personalized proposal with a selection of hotels, villas, cruises, or an entire trip package. This can include guides, transportation, airport transfers, and activities, I will provide you a tailored list of options and the top and bottom of your desired price point.

04. Booking Time!

Once the trip is finalized and ready to go! You will receive a booking contract to complete. After the deposite is finalized, the remaining balance can be paid in full, or by a customized monthly payment plan.

05. Sit Back and Relax

Next, I will handle all your reservations, and you get to sit back and relax. You earned it! You will receive periodic touch points from me before your trip, which will include visa details, preparation, and packing list.

06. Enjoy your Trip!

It’s that simple! Pack your bags and embark on your dream trip, stress-free! Be greeted by our friendly drivers at the airport to start your adventure.
